Dick Nowakowksi to Swim the Genesee River

In an effort to best the late, great Jack LaLane, Dick Nowakowski, stuntman extraordinaire, will attempt to overcome his fear of water by swimming the Genesee River while towing a 5-ton garbage scow attached to his shackled ankles. With the body and hairline of a man many times his age, Dick's physical endurance will astound and amaze as he dog paddles his way across what was recently crowned the second most polluted river in the contiguous United States. Come one, come all to the Court Street Bridge in downtown Rochester, NY at 10am on January 1, 2005 to ring in the New Year with Dick Nowakowksi. Sink or swim, this is an event not to be missed.
