Toronto alt-country musician A. Dick Nowakowski comes to Libby, Montana for a surprise concert on August 29. This will be his first Montana concert since his infamous 1989 gig in Flaxville. Dick will be joined in Libby by lead guitarist Dan "Company Man" Rabinowitz and Andre the Singing Monkey. The top-secret playlist will include timeless Nowakowski favourites such as "In Peace the Children Sleep" and "What's Children Wants is Peace" as well as a large number of Til' Tuesday covers. In the spirit of the surprise rooftop gigs played by his idols U2 and the Beatles, Dick will not announce the location of the concert until noon on that day via Armed Forces Radio. Dick is looking forward to his triumphant return to Montana!

Join "Dizzy" Dick Nowakowski in his musical tribute to the mystical magic of menopause. Fresh from a successful stint at Moss Park performing Sounds and Songs of the Sherpa, Dick and the A. Dick Nowakowski Folk Singers are prepared to dazzle you with their musical homage to menopause as they attempt to dispel many myths and misconceptions about this wonderous right of female passage. The show will include Dick's soon to be hits "I've got the estrogen therapy blues", "Mood swing mamba" and "Hot Flash Dance". Masterful entertainer A. Dick Nowakowski brings his trance entourage to England for a show at Leicester's Victoria Park. Part rapper and part social activist, one of a kind showman "Dizzy Dick" combines folk guitar melodies with trance beats to deliver his hard-hitting social commentary. Dick will be premiering his latest track "Bam! Whack! Out of Iraq!" at this show. Also tentatively scheduled is a collaboration with the Buffalo Gay Men's Chorus. This is one not to be missed!

Join Dick for an evening of fun, fellowship and velvety smooth melodies garnered during his time as a miner in the salt mines of southern Poland. Be mesmerized by the other-worldly sounds of the guitacordion, a hybrid instrument crafted by Dick while singing in the vodka parlours of Krakow. A. Dick Nowakowski's Dance for the Forest

Modern dance afficionado A. "Dizzy" Dick Nowakowski performs his new show "Baghdad Dick" in Christie Pits in Toronto with all proceeds going to the protection of rainforests.
This will be the only the second Canadian performance of A. "Dizzy" Dick Nowakowski's dazzling new show, "Baghdad Dick", following the world premiere at Moss Park in July. Dance fans and non-dance fans alike are invited to join Dick in a spectacular setting at the natural ampitheatre at Christie Pits as he explores the intertwining themes of children and peace in a contmporary context. As the sun goes down and Dick's unitard blends into the surrounding hills, there will be a sparkler ceremony in support of a free Iraq. Admission will be free, although donations are invited and will be directed to charities dedicated to the preservation of the rainforest, the largest remaining natural dance environment in the world today.
